How it works:
Walter2Q connects to clinical and medical research platforms—like PubMed, peer-reviewed journals, and government databases—to deliver timely updates on the latest healthcare advancements. By using medical ontologies to guide queries, Walter2Q ensures clinicians get precise, relevant results. Clinicians can also integrate their own subscription-based resources, layering them into Walter2Q’s automated feed for a more customized, comprehensive overview. Walter2Q continuously refreshes this information and offers flexible report options, letting users choose how and when they receive the most current research findings. These continious reports are improving access to information, and reducing the burden on medical professionals cognitive load to make continuining education and research more efficient.
Our challange:
Clinicians need a reliable way to stay informed of fast-evolving medical research. Traditional subscription services often become unwieldy, requiring manual searches and risking missed breakthroughs that could impact patient care.
Achievement:
We developed a system that automatically gathers data from trusted medical sources—plus any clinician-specific subscriptions—into a unified interface. By leveraging medical ontologies to refine searches and aggregating real-time updates, Walter2Q saves clinicians time and helps them focus on what matters most: improving patient outcomes.
