Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on April 17, 2026

2Q.ai is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and functionality, and we strive to meet or exceed applicable accessibility standards.

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of www.2q.ai in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Accessibility Standards

Our target standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This encompasses four core principles — that web content must be:

  • Perceivable: Information and interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive, including through assistive technologies such as screen readers

  • Operable: Interface components and navigation must be operable by users who rely on keyboard navigation or other input devices

  • Understandable: Information and the operation of the interface must be understandable to a broad range of users

  • Robust: Content must be robust enough to be reliably interpreted by assistive technologies, including current and future tools

Current Accessibility Status

We are in the process of conducting a comprehensive accessibility audit of our website. The following measures are either in place or actively being implemented:

What We Are Doing
•    Designing page layouts and components with sufficient color contrast ratios
•    Providing text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images
•    Ensuring navigation is accessible via keyboard as well as mouse
•    Using semantic HTML to support screen readers and assistive technologies
•    Structuring content with logical heading hierarchies
•    Making forms and interactive elements labeled and operable
•    Ensuring our site is responsive and functional across device types and screen sizes

Known Limitations
While we work toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of our website may not yet fully meet these standards. We are prioritizing remediation and expect to address known gaps on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a specific barrier, please contact us — your feedback directly informs our remediation priorities.

Third-Party Content

Our website may include embedded content or tools provided by third-party vendors (such as video players, chat widgets, or analytics tools). While we select partners with accessibility in mind, we cannot fully control the accessibility of third-party components. We encourage affected users to contact us if a third-party element creates a barrier, and we will work to identify an accessible alternative.

Assistive Technologies We Aim to Support

We design and test our website with the goal of supporting commonly used assistive technologies, including:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)

  • Keyboard-only navigation

  • Browser zoom and text resizing

  • High contrast and forced color modes

  • Speech recognition software (such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking)

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barriers, have difficulty accessing content, or would like to request information in an alternative format, please reach out to us:
